INTERNATIONAL STANDARD
WARNING
Examine wrench for cracks, scratches, rust, or other damages. These can cause
wrench failure and operator injury.
1. Set the proper torque. Refer to "ADJUSTING THE TORQUE SETTING".
2. Insert the square drive into a socket, making sure it is the proper size for the bolt or nut
being tightened.
3. Place the socket onto the bolt head or nut. Remember that for safe use the element
connected in the conduit spindle must also be electrically insulated according to the
IEC60900 standard.
4. Turn the wrench clockwide to fasten the bolt or nut.
5. Tightening is complete when a "click" is heard or felt.
The torque wrench has been designed and certified according to the IEC60900 standard,
having passed all the tests and requirements indicated therein.
Also, the torque wrench has been calibrated with an accuracy of + -4% according to ISO 6789.
CAUTION
Do not attempt to turn the grip with the lock collar in the lock position.
