When using electrical appliances, basic safety precautions should always be followed including the following.
• WARNING: To avoid danger, if the electrical cable is
damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its
after-sales service department or a qualified electrician.
Do not use appliance for other than intended use.
• To ensure continued protection against risk of electric shock,
connect to properly grounded outlets only.
• Be certain cover is securely locked in place before
operating appliance.
• Do not fill the bowl above the maximum marked capacity
to avoid risk of injury due to damage to the cover or bowl.
• Do not operate any apparatus with a damaged cord or plug
or after the apparatus malfunctions or has been damaged
in any manner. Return apparatus to the nearest authorized
service facility for examination, repair or adjustment.
• Blade is sharp. Take care when handling the blender blades,
especially when removing the blades from the bowl, and
emptying or washing the bowl.
• Bowl must be in place before replacing knife blades. Engage
all locking devices before handling the blade.
• Do not attempt to defeat the cover interlock mechanism.
• This apparatus is not intended for use by persons (including
children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental capacities,
or by persons lacking experience or knowledge, unless they
are monitored by a person responsible for their safety, or
instructed by them on the use of the apparatus. Monitor
children to ensure they do not play with the apparatus.
• Monitor the appliance when in use with children nearby.
• Keep the apparatus out of reach of children.
• Close supervision is necessary when any appliance is used
by or near children.
• Using accessories not recommended by the manufacturer of
the device may cause injuries.
• Avoid any contact with moving parts.
• Do not allow electrical cord to hang over the edge of the
table or counter. Do not place near hot surfaces.
• Do not place the apparatus on a hot surface or near an oven
or gas burner, or any other heat source.
• Do not touch the hot surfaces on the apparatus (heating
chamber). Use handles or knobs.
• Do not move the apparatus during use, once it has been
plugged in, or if it contains hot water.
• Unplug the apparatus when not in use, before washing and
when storing. Allow to cool down before putting or taking
off parts.

• Respect heating times, and ensure the baby bottle and its
contents are at a suitable temperature before feeding your baby.
• Always plug in the appliance first and then plug the power
cable into the socket on the wall. To disconnect it, turn off
any control and then take out the plug from the socket on
the wall.
• To unplug the appliance, grip the plug and pull it from the
outlet, never grip the cord and pull it from the outlet.
• Only use the appliance for domestic purposes. The appliance
is designed to process small amounts of food for immediate
consumption and it is particularly recommended for the
preparation of baby food. The appliance is not intended to
prepare large amounts of food.
• Use plastic or glass baby bottles suitable for boiling, or other
heat-resistant recipients with this apparatus.
• Take out the power cable from the wall socket before
serving. Do not leave the cable within the child's reach.
• Do not immerse in water. Household use only.
• This apparatus is for indoor use only. Do not use outdoors.
• Use the apparatus on a flat, stable and dry surface.
• Always check your utensils prior to using them with
Duo Meal Lite.

steam cooker model A001133_US, steam cooker model

• Warnings for the power cable:
a. Use a short power cable to reduce the risk of entanglement
or tripping over a longer cable.
b. Extension cables are available and may be used with caution.
c. If you use an extension cable:
1. The electrical capacity of the cable set or extension
cable must be at least match the electrical output of
the appliance and,
2. The cable should be placed in such a way that it is
not spread over the worktop or table, where it can be
pulled by children or someone might trip over it.
3. The extension cable should be an earthing terminal
with a cable featuring 3 wires.
• Keep hands and utensils away from moving blades or discs
while processing food to reduce the risk of severe injury to
persons or damage to the food processor. A scraper may
be used but must be used only when the food processor
is not running.
