MASSAGE HEADS
A. Round massage head for large muscle areas,
hands, back, buttocks and legs.
B. Spherical massage head for deep tissue massage
and massage of joints, palms and soles.
C. Flat massage head for all muscle areas and muscle
relaxation.
D. Fork-shaped massage head for Achilles tendons
and muscles of the neck and spine.
CHARGING
• Charge the device before using it for the first time.
• Use the provided USB cable to connect the device
to a 5V USB power outlet to charge the device. A
full charge takes approximately 3 hours and pro-
vides 60 minutes of operating power.
• The indicator light (9) turns red during charging and
will turn green after charging is complete.
Notes:
- This product cannot be charged with a fast charging adapter.
- Do not use or clean the appliance while charging.
USING THE APPLIANCE
The appliance helps to increase blood circulation, reduces muscle soreness/ aches and
promotes recovery after exercise.
