6. FAQs
A. My product does not work with Alexa.
Use the voice command "Alexa or Hey Google,
detect environments" with your voice assistant.
B. I can't reset the controller.
The controller must be connected to the electrical
network. Press the reset button located at the bot-
tom of the control (page 2) until the LED flashes.
C. I can't add the remote to the Smart Life App.
Change the connection mode to AP mode. Follow
the steps explained on page 6 of this manual.
