ASSEMBLY
Before first use we suggest to clean the bowl and the beaters in warm, soapy water. Rinse well and dry.
Place the mixer's stand on an even surface. Unlock the Stand by pressing the knob located on the rear
side of the stand and lift. Place the bowl and push down the stand.
INSTRUCTION FOR USE
Two mixer tools are used as follow:
Beaters: for easy mix dough, egg white, whip cream, mayonnaise, and pure. For mixing/stirring sauces
and pudding powers.
Hook: for the preparation of heavy yeast, dough or short pastries. Also potato Dough to the dumpling
and potato pancake.
INSERTING THE BEATERS AND DOUGH HOOKS
Set the position sector to OFF position. Insert the end part of the dough hook or the beater into one
round opening on the underside of the mixer, press and turn slightly until it is engaged in the right
position.
