Do not use the iron if the cable becomes frayed.

Do not immerse the iron in water or any other liquid.

When the ironing is finished unplug it from the mains.
•
Do not unplug it by pulling on the cable, nor leave the plug hanging freely.
•
If you have to leave the room where you are ironing, then switch the iron off and pull the plug out off

the wall socket.
With the aim of avoiding dangerous situations, any work or repair that the appliance may need, e.g.

replacing a faulty mains cable, must only be carried out by qualified personnel from an Authorized
Technical Service Centre.
