ERROR MESSAGES
If the kitchen scale is subjected to a
load of more than 5.0 kg, the message
"O-ld" (overload) will appear on the
display.
If the battery in the kitchen scale needs
to be replaced, the message "Lo" (low)
will flash on the display.
REPLACING THE BATTERY
Open the battery compartment in the
base of the kitchen scale. Carefully
push the metal clip outwards with your
finger nail or something similar, so the
battery is released. Insert a new battery
into the scale and then replace the bat-
tery cover. Dispose of the used battery
in accordance with the regulations
which apply in your area.

Wipe the kitchen scale with a well-
wrung cloth and then dry off with a dry
cloth.
Remove the battery, if you do not
intend to use the kitchen scale for an
extended period.
