CHARGER SAFETY RULES
Use of a charger not recommended by the manufacturer may result in fire, electric shock, or serious injury.
Always use the original charger supplied with the battery: VOLTR compatible battery references: D01102700
/ D01202900 / D01203000
Number of batteries that can be charged: 1 to 2 simultaneously depending on the charger model (D02102900
/ D02103001/ D02103200).
•
Do not use the charger when the temperature is above 40°C or below 0°C.
•
Do not use a charger with a damaged power cable and/or plug, as this may cause a short circuit
and electric shock. If this happens, please contact VOLTR / ALICE'S GARDEN service department
immediately for repair or replacement.
•
Do not use the charger if it has received a severe shock, been dropped or damaged in any way.
Return it to our service department for an electrical check to determine if it is in normal working
condition.
•
Do not disassemble the charger, contact our service department if it needs to be repaired or ex-
changed.
•
Never charge non-rechargeable batteries.
•
Unplug the charger from the mains before cleaning to reduce the risk of electric shock.
•
Unplug the charger from the power supply when not in use to avoid damage from power surges.
•
Do not expose the machine to rain or damp conditions. Water ingress and use in damp conditions
increase the risk of electric shock.
•
Make sure that the charger cable is routed in such a way that it cannot be stepped on and cannot be
crushed or damaged. This will reduce the risk of the cable being damaged.
•
Keep the charger away from heat to avoid damage to the case and internal components.
•
Do not leave the charger near petrol, oil, thinners, etc. These chemicals contain substances that can
damage, weaken or destroy the plastic.
•
Only use an extension cord to power the charger when absolutely necessary. Use of an unsuitable
extension cord could result in a risk of fire and electric shock. If you absolutely must use an exten-
sion cord, make sure that:
- The pins on the extension cord are the same number, shape and size as those on the charger.
- The extension cord is properly wired and in good condition.
