WARRANTY
•
VOLTR / Alice's Garden guarantees your device against any manufacturing and material defect for a
period of 2 years from the date of receipt by the consumer.
•
If a part is defective during the warranty period, your one and only appeal will be repair or replacement
of the defective part according to the methods defined by after -sales service
•
Voltr / Alice's Garden.The implementation of the Alice's Garden (Walibuy) guarantee is carried out by
replacing the Damaged parts, fresh back/return from the buyer.
•
This guarantee does not apply in the event of abuse, poor manipulation or repair not authorised. If the
return of the defective product in our workshops is necessary, it will be appropriate and You will be

LIST OF WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS
•

•

non-compliance with the manufacturer's instructions,
•
repairs and damage suffered by the device after a repair carried out by any other
•
person that a repairer of our workshops, or without prior agreement on our part,
•
makeshift or provisional repairs as well as the consequences of possible worsening
•
resulting from it,
•
damage due to corrosion, oxidation, poor connection,
•
replacing the missing/damaged parts upon receipt, not reported on the slip
•
delivery,
•
Replacement of wear parts.
