DEFINITION OF PRESSURE COOKER
As pressure formed in the pressure cooker increases the boiling point of the water in the cooker,
food is cooked in a tightly sealed cooker and temperatures above 100° C. Thus the cooking time
is reduced seriously. The pressure cooker reduces the cooking time to approximately %70, so it
saves both energy and time. Esthetic, durable, and dishwasher safe 18/10 stainless steel body
has a thermic base for a balanced heat distribution. Ergonomic handles make it easy to carry the
cooker.
