NOTE: Since most of the operational failures happen because of an incorrect use of
the machine, in the table herebelow are indicated a few possible problems, together
with the possible remedies.
PROBLEM
Dirty cups and glasses.
Washing and rinsing arms
are not turning.
Dishes with white
spots or streaks.
Dishes with lipstick

POSSIBLE CAUSE
• Dirty tank filter.
• Jets clogged up water .
• Washing water not hot enough.
• Inadequate or in
wrong amounts.
• Dishes washed a long time after
having been used.
• The washing arm is impeded.
• Low water pressure
• Very hard water.
• Jets clogged up water.
• Dirty electromagnetic valve filter.
• Insufficient water pressure.
• Insufficient detergent.
• Dried up dirt on the dishes.
REMEDY
• Clean the dishes properly and
remove all solid remnants before
putting them into the machine.
• Up clean them.
• Check the tank thermostat.
• Use detergents recommended by
the manufacturer (non foamy)
and in the recommended doses.
• Wash the dishes right after the
use, before they dry.
Alternatively, soak them into
water with no foamy detergents
before putting them into the
machine.
• Make sure that there are no
impediments to rotation.
• Install pump water
pressure booster pump
• Install a water softener.
If this is not possible,
dry the dishes by hand.
• Proceed to clean them up.
• Remove the loading hose, pull out
the electromagnetic valve filter
and clean it under running water.
• Check the water supply system
and if necessary install a pressure
motor pump.
• Increase the amount of
detergent. In any case,
we recommend to manually
remove any lipstick before
washing.
• Soak the dishes, even in cold
water, right after use or use a
chlorine containing deterge
(consistent) for fowashing.
