SAFETY
1. Read the instruction manual carefully before use, and save it for future use.
2. Plug the appliance to a household outlet of 220–240 V only,
and use the appliance only for the intended use.
3. Always unplug the appliance from the mains supply when not in use.
4. This appliance can be used by children aged 8 years and above and persons with
reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge,
if a person responsible for their safety has given them supervision or instruction
concerning the use of the appliance in a safe way and they understand the hazards
involved.
5. Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.
Children are not always able to understand potential risks. Teach children a
responsible handling of electrical appliances. Children shall not play with the
appliance. Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made by children without
supervision

children, unless they are over the age of 8 and supervised.
7. Keep the appliance and its cord out of reach of children under the age of 8.
8. Check that the cord is not hanging over the edge of the table.
9. Do not place the appliance on or near hotplates, open fire or the like.
10. CAUTION: In order to avoid any hazard, this appliance must not be supplied through
an external switching device, such as a timer, or connected to a circuit that which is
regularly switched on and off by the utility.
11. For extra protection, it is advisable to install a fault current switch
(HFI / PFI / HPFI relay circuit) of max. 30 mA. Contact a qualified
electrician for advice.
12. The appliance is for domestic use only.
13. If the appliance is used for any purpose other than the actual, or if is not
operated according to the operating instructions, the user is fully responsible
for any consequences. Any damage to the product or anything else consequently
is therefore not covered by the warranty.
14. If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its service
agent or similarly qualified persons in order to avoid a hazard.

15. Switch off the appliance and disconnect from supply before changing accessories or
approaching parts that move in use.
CLEANING / MAINTENANCE
Wash whisks and dough hooks in hot water and washing liquid or in the dishwasher.
Wipe the mixer with a cloth, if necessary with dishwasher liquid. Dry with a
dry cloth or kitchen towel. Do not use scouring powder or other aggressive
detergents that might scratch the surface of the appliance.
IMPORTANT: Never rinse the hand mixer under
running water or immerse it into water or other liquids.
COMPLAINTS
You have the right to complain in accordance with legislation. A machine-stamped till
receipt with the purchase date must be provided for complaints. For complaints, the
appliance must be returned to the place where it was purchased. Clean the outside of
the coffee grinder with a damp cloth and wipe dry with a soft cloth. Avoid any water on
the interior parts of the appliance.
DISPOSAL OF ELECTRICAL APPLIANCES
Legislation requires that the electric and electronic apparatus and parts of
it are recycled. Electric and electronic apparatus, marked with the disposal
symbol, must be disposed of at a communal recycling plant.
