TO ASSEMBLE BAGGER
•
Unfold bag and stand right side up.
•
Uninstall carriage bolts (5/16-18 x 1.5) and nuts (1) from the
front of the top frame.

Feed front bagger frame (2) up through fabric loops at each
side of bagger.
•
Reinstall carriage bolts and nuts (1) to connect front frame to
top frame, passing through bagger and bagger fabric. Tight-
en securely.
CAUTION: Do not exceed 100 In-Lbs/11,2 Nm.

Snap bottom of front bagger frame (3) into snap feature at
front of bagger bottom.
•
Remove cross braces (4) from inside of bagger assembly.
•
Slide cross brace (4) onto pin (5) at the rear of the upper
bagger frame and secure with retainer spring clip (6).
•
Secure cross brace (4) with clevis pin (7) at the front of the
bagger frame and secure with retainer spring clip (8).
•
Repeat on opposite side.

TO INSTALL BAGGER SUPPORT ASSEMBLY
•
Install carriage bolts (1) and locknuts (2) onto upper clevis
brackets (3) and bagger pivot assembly (4) as shown.

•
Remove the mounting bolts (5) from the back of the unit.
Using those same mounting bolts (5), install the bagger
support assemblies (6) onto the back of the unit.
•
Tighten bolts (5) to 40,7 Nm.
•
Check set screws (7). Tighten as needed.
CAUTION: Do not exceed 100 In-Lbs/11,2 Nm.

Uninstall locknut, washer, and carriage bolt (8) and remove
bagger pivot (9) from bagger support tube (10).
•
Repeat these steps for both bagger support assemblies.

•
Slide bagger pivot (9) onto the end of the bagger pivot
assembly (4).
NOTE: The flush edge (11) of the bagger pivot (9) should be
facing inward towards tractor.
•
Repeat on opposite side.
•
Slide weldment with pivots onto the bagger support tubes
(10) ensuring both bagger pivots (9) are inside bagger
support tubes (10).
•
Reinstall carriage bolts, washers, and locknuts (8) as shown.
NOTE: Locknuts should be on inside of bagger support tube (10).
