Press the BLOQUEAR button to block the appliance's control panel. To unlock the con-
trols, keep the BLOQUEAR button pressed during 3 seconds.
You can stop the operation at any time by pressing the ENCENDER / APAGAR button.
If you wish to shut off the appliance completely, keep the ENCENDER / APAGAR button
pressed until the fan stops operating.
NOTE: This appliance has an overheating protection system. If the recipient reaches a
high temperature, the appliance will go off automatically and a warning acoustic signal
will be emitted. If this ever happens, allow several minutes until the appliance has cool
down completely, the you could operate the appliance as usual.
CAUTION: The appliance may reach high temperatures while operating.
Cleaning and maintenance
Clean the appliance periodically. Always remove any food residues from it.
Before cleaning, ensure the appliances has cooled down completely.
Check that the appliance is completely unplugged from the electrical outlet.
Do not immerse the appliance into water or any other liquid.
Only use a soft moistened cloth for cleaning.
Do not use abrasive detergents or metallic brushes to clean any part of the appliance.
Ensure the surface is clean before cooking. If not, the dirt may adhere strongly and will
be hard to remove, as well as erasing the indication marks.
You can use a vacuum cleaner to remove the dirt in the air inlets and oulets. If you find
oil or grease residues, use an absorbent paper or a soft cloth moistened with a solution
of hot water with several lemon juice drops.
