10. GARANZIA
Products manufactured by Irritec have a limited warranty of 1 year from date of purchase.
This warranty covers possible manufacturing defects and Irritec guarantees COMMANDER EVO products against
manufacturing defects within a period of one (1) year starting from original date of purchasing. Irritec. recognizes
as its sole responsibility under this warranty to repair, replace with an equivalent product or to refund the paid
amount for the purchase of any product found defective within the warranty period, once received at Irritec, with
transportation charges paid by the sender, the product, copy of invoice and an explanation describing the problem.
If further information regarding the warranty is needed, call to the phone number 800 607050 or contact Irritec at the
address indicated at the end of this manual. This limited warranty does not apply to: (i) regular wear or aging of the
product, (ii) loss or damage due to accident, abuse, irrational use, misuse or negligence, (iii) damages caused by the
product or by the system in which the product is used or (iv) damages caused by maintenance or modifications made
in the product by personnel non authorized by Irritec.
THIS WARRANTY AND INPLICIT RESPONSIBILITY ARE EXCLUSIVE AND REPLACES ALL EXPLICIT OR
IMPLICIT WARRANTIES (INCLUDED ANY IMPLICIT COMMERCE WARRANTY WICH IS DISMISSED).
ANY WARRANTY APPLIED TO THIS PRODUCT IS LIMITED TO A PERIOD OF ONE YEAR. IRRITEC WILL NOT BE,
UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE, RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL OR SUBSEQUENT DAMAGE, INCLUDED
BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES RESULTING AS A CONSEQUENCE OF MALFUNCTION OF THE PRODUCT
OR THE SYSTEM IN WICH THE PRODUCT IS USED, LOSS OF PROFITS OR REPLACING ELEMENTS. TO BE
EFFECTIVE THIS WARRANTY IS INDISPENSABLE ITS PRESENTATION FILLED AND STAMPED ACCORDINGLY
TOGETHER WITH THE PURCHASE INVOICE.
