ADVICE FOR USERS (EN)
Putting the appliance at its maximum setting will not increase the temperature faster. If you are out for several
hours, consider lowering the temperature. If you have several appliances in one room, let them operate together,
so you have a more uniform temperature and humidity while optimizing power consumption. This also applies
to an empty room; where it is better to let the appliance run at a lower setting, rather than turn it off completely.
TROUBLESHOOTING (EN)
The appliance is not heating: Check that the installation circuit-breakers are engaged. Check the room air
temperature.
The appliance is constantly heating: check the appliance is not in a draught, or whether the temperature
setting has been changed.
The surface of the appliance is very hot: It is normal that the convector is hot when operating, it being
understood that the surface temperature is limited according to the current standard. However, if you feel that
your appliance is still too hot, verify that the power is correct for the surface area of your room (we recommend
2
on average 100 W/m
) and the appliance is not in a draught that would affect its setting.
The humidifier does not work: LED indicator is red - check for water in the humidifier. There is no LED display,
although the backlight function is activated in the Humidifier menu — contact the nearest manufacturer service
center. The LED indicator glows blue, but there is no water vapor - check the steam level in the humidifier
settings, if the water level is low, the steam is not noticeable to the human eye, otherwise contact the nearest
service center of the manufacturer.
The water tank is leaking: make sure that the tank is not full of water and that it is well assembled after
refueling.
Water leakage from the humidifier: make sure the device is vertically installed correctly without tilting.
I do not see the LED display: make sure that the appliance is connected to the power suply and the LED
display is ON in the menu (Humidifier ► LIGHT ► Active), otherwise, contact the nearest service center of the
manufacturer.
I see water under the appliance: make sure that the drain stopper with the gasket is tightly installed. Make
sure that the device is not installed at an angle, otherwise, contact the nearest service center of the
manufacturer.
