TROUBLESHOOTING
If there is any problem when you use the device, please follow the instructions
to check by yourself first. If still can't solve the problem, please cut off the
power and contact the local service center for help. Do not disassemble or fix
the device by yourselves.
Symptom
The product is

Power cord damaged,

CLEAN AND CARE
AFTER USAGE:
• Turn off the massager and disconnect the charger.
• Store in a dry cool place. DO NOT store the device up in the air.
CLEAN:
• Wipe the massager with a soft dry cloth. Do not use water to clean the
device.
• Do not use abrasive cleaners, brushes, gasoline, kerosene, furniture polishes
or their solutions.
Possible Cause
Please check if you have press the
power on switch button
Check if the battery has been run
out
Check if time to the default setting
time (15 mins)
Weighing too much on the device
Long time use
Solution
Turn on the power switch
Charging using the original
adaptor
Restart the power switch
Unplug the device and remove the
overload things
Stop using the device for 2 hours
Stop using and contact with the
local service center
