NOTE: If you use the device for the first time, after unpacking, open the lid, clean the surface of
the plates thoroughly with a damp sponge and dry the surface with a paper towel. For best
results, apply a thin layer of oil to the surface of the plates using a paper towel.
WARNING: always use oven gloves to avoid burns.
How to prepare sandwiches
1. Always warm up the device before use. Plug the cable into an electrical outlet
220-240 V during the preparation of sandwiches.
2. The indicator light will turn on when the plug is plugged into the socket; ready light will turn on
when the 2. appliance has preheated.
NOTE: Always warm up the device before use.
3. Lightly lubricate both plates with a small amount of vegetable oil and close
the casing.
4. After about 3 minutes, the red light will turn off, indicating that the toaster is ready for use.
5. Prepare sandwiches by buttering bread on outer surface and place the desired
ingredients inside. Lift 5. safety catch and open the sandwich maker. Place the sandwiches on
the heating plates.
CAUTION: cooking surface is hot; handle with care.
6. Close the casing ensuring that the sandwiches are placed evenly. Lock
the safety catch. The normal cooking time takes 3 ~ 6 minutes for each sandwich. Red lamp
turns on and off when the thermostat keeps the toaster at the right temperature.
CAUTION: The appliance is not to be operated in the open position.
7. Remove the sandwiches using a plastic or wood spatula.
8. Unplug the power cord after use and leave the toaster to cool down.
