BEFORE USE
1. Remove the appliance from the packaging.
2. Take care when handling sharp blades.
3. Clean the appliance as described in section "CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE".
USE
1. Attach the blade assembly onto blade support in the jar and pour in the food to be chopped. Never
exceed the MAX line indicated on the jar. Hard food must be cut into small pieces (about 2cm). Otherwise,
the motor may block.
Note: This blade assembly is equipped with two sets of blades. Rotate the upper set of blades anti-clockwise,
you can separate the two sets of blades. You can use either one set or two sets of blades when processing
food. Check and tighten the upper set of blades before use if two sets of blades are applied.
Caution: Handle the blades with care! Only touch the plastic part when separate or assemble the two sets of
blades.
2. Place and rotate the jar lid onto the jar (note the bulge and groove). Place the motor unit onto the jar lid,
and align the four bulges on the lid with the four holes under the motor unit. Make sure the motor unit is
firmly attached above.
3. Put the plug into an appropriate power outlet. Press the on/off button for processing. The appliance only
works when the on/off button is pressed.
