TROUBLESHOOTING
When using the massager, you can experience the following. If these
recommendations have no desired effect or are not applicable please contact
the service center.
FAILURE
The massager does
not switch on
The device fails to
charge in case of
long charging (the
LED indicator of the
battery is red)
The device stopped
working during
massage
Slight massage

CLEAN AND CARE
AFTER USAGE:
• Turn off the massager and disconnect the USB cable.
• Store in a dry cool place. DO NOT store the device up in the air.
CLEAN:
• Wipe the massager with a soft dry cloth. Do not use water to clean the
device.
• Do not use abrasive cleaners, brushes, gasoline, kerosene, furniture polishes
or their solutions.
POSSIBLE REASON
Low battery charge
Incorrect start of the Massager
The voltage of the USB charger may
not correspond to the main device
Low battery charge
LED indicator is red, flashes 8 times
and stops the device
Check the battery level
TROUBLESHOOTING
Charge the device fully
Press and hold ON/OFF to turn on
the device
Replace the charger (mobile
charging unit of any brand)
or connect to the computer,
power supply unit
Please charge the massager
Restart the massager
Charge the device
