Troubleshooting
The following are cases you may encounter when using the Smart Anti-Snore Mat. If these
recommendations do not provide the desired effect or are not applicable, contact the
service center.
Malfunction
Device and smartphone
connection error
Waking up with an
increase in air volume in
the pillow
Changes in air volume
in pillows in the
absence of snoring
Responding to another
person's snoring
Short clicks during use
Possible cause
The device is off.
Bluetooth is off.
The device is already
connected to another
smartphone.
High user sensitivity.
Requires getting used to
the device.
Presence of some
repetitive sound in the
room.
High sensitivity of snoring
sound recognition.
The pillow determines the
pressure and position of
the head.
Solution
Make sure the device and
power button indicator
glows blue.
Turn on Bluetooth on your
smartphone. Select "Connect to
Device" in the app. If a device
with a «TWXXXXXXXXXXXX»
name appears in the search
results — select it to connect
with. Please note that
connection distance is up to 10
meters.
Terminate the connection of the
device with another smartphone
and start new connection
search. Additionally, you can
restart the device.
Adjust the sensitivity to "low"
level.
