STEP 4 Install the ice maker and connect the water line (optional)
If your model supports the optional Auto Ice Maker (part type: RA-TIMO63PP/AA)
installation, you can purchase and install the Auto Ice Maker separately.
• To purchase the Auto Ice Maker, visit the Samsung website (www.samsung.com) or
contact your retailer.
• To use the ice maker, you must connect the water line to it. For the ice maker to operate
properly, a water pressure of 20 - 125 psi (0.138 - 0.862 mPa) is required.
• For detailed instructions on the installation of the Auto Ice Maker, refer to the
installation manual enclosed with the Auto Ice Maker kit.
STEP 5 Unpack and put accessories in place
The accessories that ship with this refrigerator are properly packed for transportation and
safety reasons. Unpack those accessories and put them in place.
Door guards

There are five door guards provided
with the product (two freezer guards,
two refrigerator guards, and the guard
container). Insert two door guards to the
freezer, and the other two guards and the
guard container to the fridge.
