– Clean the ladder with a brush or
a cloth.
– Dry the ladder, and in particular
the rungs, thoroughly after

– Under no circumstances carry
out maintenance and repairs to
the ladder by yourself. Contact
the manufacturer or a specialist
workshop at the service address
specified on the warranty card.
Liability and warranty claims are
waived in the event of repairs
performed by the user or
incorrect handling.
– Do not alter the design of the
ladder.

Transport and storage
– Always store the ladder closed
and locked, in as straight a
position as possible e.g. hung up
by the bars in a suspension
system or placed on a flat, clean
surface.
– Only store the ladder in a location
where it cannot be damaged by
vehicles, heavy objects or dirt.
– Only store the ladder in a location
where it does not present a
tripping hazard or obstacle.
– Only store the ladder in a secure
location where it not freely
accessible and therefore cannot
be used for criminal purposes.
– In cases of long-term use and
the free access associated with
this (e.g. on scaffolding) always
secure the ladder against use by
unauthorized persons, so that
unauthorized persons (e.g.
children playing) can be impeded.
– Retract the ladder completely
after every use and secure it with
the aid of the strap
