Storage in case of longer stopping periods
Never store the machine with petrol in the tank inside a
building. Petrol vapors may come into contact with
flames or sparks and explode.
Store the machine in a dry area with the fuel tank empty
and the fuel in a well-ventilated compartment. Avoid
places with high humidity to avoid the appearance of
corrosion and rust.
Clean the machine thoroughly before storage,
especially in winter. Keep the device in a good operating
mode.
Make sure the device is protected against unauthorized
use (for example, by children).

Blade guard assembly
The blade guard avoids the projection of loose objects
and accidental contact with the user.
The blade guard should always be assembled
when using the nylon line. It should be removed
when using the grass blade.
1. Attach the blade/guard to the axis and tighten with
two screws;
2. Insert the blade guard into the groove;
3. Then press it into position with the claws;
4. The guard is easily removed using a screwdriver.
The blade guard does not protect the user against
all objects (stones, glass, wire, etc) that are
designed by the cutting accessory. These objects can
bounce off any surface and hit the user.
