The following information should be provided when ordering spare parts;

7.2 STORAGE
To protect the unit from corrosion when stored for long periods, treat the cutting blade with
suitable oil (e.g. gun oil).
Make sure that the appliance has been carefully cleaned before storing it in a clean, dry place out
of the reach of children.
7.3 REPAIR SERVICE
WARNING! Electrical repair work may only be carried out by a qualified electrician or a customer
service workshop!
8.0 TROUBLESHOOTING
WARNING! In the event of an accident or malfunction, first stop the appliance, disconnect the
mains plug from the mains and make sure that all moving parts are at a complete standstill. Then
check the unit etc. or contact our customer service.

Remove all shredded pieces and
restart
Check mains cable, mains plug and
fuse.
Check the connection between the
main housing and the motor housing.
