1. WARRANTY TERM SPECIFICATION:
a. This sealed product has a warranty term of 1 (one) year, strictly related to quality vices that make the household
appliance improper or inadequate for regular use, counted as of the date of purchase by its original consumer,
provided that all of the special conditions and recommendations detailed in this manual are followed.
b. The aforementioned warranty term includes a legal warranty period of 90 (ninety) days, in accordance with the
Brazilian Consumer Bill of Rights Application Standard, plus the contractual warranty provided by the manufacturer.
The contractual warranty includes the replacement of spare parts and labor when repairing defects confirmed by
an authorized workshop featured in the list of Service Centers, except in case of natural wearing, aged paintwork or
plastic parts that may break.
c. As proof of the warranty term, consumers must present the original purchase Invoice or other equivalent documents,
duly identifying the product.
2. LEGAL AND/OR CONTRACTUAL WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS:
The warranty does not cover the following items:
a. Product or accessory damage caused by accidents, misuse and improper handling.
b. Parts and accessories that may break or wear with use, such as plastic and/or acrylic parts, parts with nonstick
coating, and glass products.
c. The contractual warranty freely provided by the manufacturer does not cover the power cord.
d. Product installation in an incompatible power grid.
3. WARRANTY EXECUTION LOCATIONS:
a. Repairs under the warranty must only be carried out by the manufacturer's Service Centers, duly indicated by the
manufacturer, using specialized technicians and original parts to guarantee service quality.
b. Products requiring repairs under warranty must be taken to the manufacturer's Service Centers featured in the list
of Service Centers.
c. In regions where there are no Service Centers available, consumers shall bear all product shipping costs.
4. WARRANTY VOID:
a. The product must not be repaired by amateurs, unauthorized people or workshops not duly accredited by the manufacturer.
b. Otherwise, the warranty will be voided immediately.
c. This product was designed for household use only. The warranty shall be immediately voided if the product is used for
non-household, industrial or commercial purposes.
5. IMPORTANT WARNINGS AND RECOMMENDATIONS:
a. Carefully read the instructions provided in this package before using the product.
b. Check if the product voltage is compatible with the power grid.
c. Remove the power cord before performing any kind of maintenance or repair on the product.
d. Remove the power cord while the product is being cleaned or is not in use.
e. Do not use the product if the power cord or plug are damaged. In this case, seek out an Authorized Service Center
of the manufacturer.
f. Do not insert any foreign objects into the product, especially during use, in order to avoid accidents.
g. Never leave the product operating unattended.
h. To avoid accidents, do not allow product use by children, people with impaired physical, mental or sensorial capacity, and
others not familiarized with the use instructions or product features.
i. To avoid damages, keep the product clean and stored properly, without exposing it to rain, wind, humidity,
sunlight, etc.).
