To Install
1. Slide the new cutter into the housing, ensuring the cutter
fits properly in the housing
2. Push the house together and close the lock lever until it
clicks securely into place (as shown in Fig. H).
nOTE: The gear teeth should be meshed and the door
should not be forced close. If heavy resistance is experienced,
please check for proper alignment and retry.

Introduction
The DWACPRIR Impact Connect Copper Tubing Cutter uses
a compatible impact driver to rotate copper cutters around
pipe. Copper Cutters can be driven by the attachment or
used manually.
•
Forward setting: Squeezing the trigger with the impact
driver set to forward (clockwise) rotates the copper
cutters clockwise.
WARNING: CRUSH HAZARD: Keep fingers away from
cutting area. Failer to do so can cause injury.
WARNING: Proper material preparation and installation is
the responsibility of the installing contractor.
WARNING: Do not cut short pieces of material that
requires hands to be within 6" from the blade. Blade
is sharp.
CAUTION: Do not cut off pieces of tubing less than ½"
long. Small pieces can be pulled into moving carriage
and damage tool.
Proper Hand Position (Fig. I)

Proper hand position requires one hand on the main handle
of the impact driver.
Cutting Copper Tubing (Fig. J)
This tool can cut 1/2", 3/4", and 1" copper tubing with the
approved accessories.
1. Mark the cutting point on the tubing.
2. Secure tubing to prevent it from moving while cutting.

5. Set the impact driver to forward (clockwise).
6. Depress the trigger of the impact driver.
7. After the tubing is fully cut, release the trigger .
