NOTE: Do not connect to main electrical supply
at this point.
1. Attach tool stand (1).
2. Load tool by inserting an adhesive stick into rear
loading hole (2). (See Figure 1)

3. Operate trigger (3) to feed stick forward until
resistance is felt. Use bolt to adjust trigger tension.

4. Connect to electrical supply and switch on tool (4).
5. Wait six minutes to warm up.
6. Operate the trigger to extrude adhesive until the
stick has been drawn into the tool.
7.
Gently squeeze trigger to push the adhesive into the
heat block. Melted adhesive will flow from the tip.
(See Figure 3)
CAUTION! Do not force adhesive. Excessive
force can damage the glue gun and cause
molten adhesive to flow out the rear.

8. Insert additional adhesive sticks as needed (2).
NOTE: Remove tool stand prior to use.
