MOUNTING THE BLADE
1. The blade is shipped with a sheath.
Before mounting the blade onto the
brush cutter, the sheath should be
removed by undoing the clamp wire
from the loop on the sheath (Fig. 4a).
2. Familiarize yourself the cutting head
assembly shown in Fig. 4b. Before
mounting the blade, make sure
that the inner flange and the flange
cover are positioned correctly on the
motor shaft (Fig.4b).
3. Rotate the motor shaft to align the
slot in the inner flange with the
shaft-lock access hole in the gear
case (Fig. 4c).
4. Insert the included hex key into the
aligned holes to act as shaft lock
(Fig. 4d).
