Improper transport
Damage to items of packaging.
▶ Handle items of packaging in accordance with the symbols and instructions shown on them.
▶ Do not drag them across the floor.
▶ When items of packaging are being transported they must be upright, secured with ropes and
protected against slipping.
▶ Be aware of the centre of gravity.
▶ Use the lifting points provided.
▶ When putting them down, do so slowly and evenly.
▶ Do not remove the transport packaging until immediately before erection.
▶ Once the device has been erected at the place of erection, remove the transport restraints.
5. Setting up
Set up on a solid, level floor suitable for the maximum load capacity of the cabinet.
Use a spirit level to check horizontal levelling of the cabinet. If necessary, use shim wedges.
It is essential the cabinet is secured against toppling using wall anchors.
5.1. ANCHORING TO THE WALL

Have at least two persons anchor the cabinet.
CAUTION
Cabinet, roller cabinet or rack toppling
Risk of injury to hands, feet or body.
▶ It is essential the cabinet is secured against toppling.
▶ Wear safety shoes and safety gloves.
▶ Do not store workpieces unsecured.
▶ Do not open several drawers at once.
▶ Keep cabinet shell cover clear of objects during transport.
▶ Set down heavy objects slowly.
▶ Ensure during movement and transport that all drawers and cupboard doors are closed and
locked.
▶ Comply with the maximum load capacity.
NOTICE
Wiring and pipes in wall
Damage to wiring and pipes.
▶ Check wall for sufficient load-bearing capacity before drilling.
▶ Use suitable drilling tools and materials.
▶ Use suitable protective equipment.
▶ Have trained personnel drill holes.
▶ Do not drill holes close to wiring or pipes.
