6. INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
Before using the appliance
• Remove the external and internal packaging
• Verify that the following accessories are included:
- shelves
- the operating manual
• Before connecting the appliance to the mains, leave it standing for about two hours.
This will reduce a possible malfunction in the chiller due to transportation.
• Clean the internal surfaces with warm water and a soft cloth.
Installation
• This appliance is designed for free-standing installation and must not be
embedded or integrated.
• Place the appliance on a sufficiently strong floor to support it when fully charged.
To level the appliance, adjust the front leveling feet at the bottom of the appliance
itself.
• Leave 10 cm of space between the top, the back and the walls of the appliance
to allow for proper air circulation to cool the compressor and condenser.
• Place the appliance away from direct sunlight and heat sources (cookers, stoves,
radiators, etc.). Direct sunlight can affect the acrylic coating, and heat sources can
increase power consumption. Extremely cold ambient temperatures can also cause
the appliance to malfunction.
• Avoid placing the appliance in humid areas.
• Connect the appliance to an exclusive earthed wall socket. Never cut or remove
the third (ground) pole from the power cable. Any questions regarding power
supply and / or grounding should be directed to a certified electrician or authorized
service center.
Electrical connection
Caution: Improper use of the grounding plug can create a risk of electric shock.
If the power cord is damaged, have it replaced by an authorized service center.
Connect the appliance to an exclusive earthed wall socket. Never cut or remove the
