Squids® BELT LOOP & CHOKE STYLE ANCHOR ATTACHMENTS are designed for ease-of-use, and to help reduce
the risk of dropped tools when used with an appropriate tethering system (refer to Using A Tethering System
instructions).
The Squids® Anchor Attachment Series is designed and tested to create retrofit connection points on primary
anchoring locations such as structure, lifts, or a user's PPE allowing users to safely tether them if a secure anchor
connection point is not available.
DEFINITIONS
PRIMARY ANCHOR: The native anchoring end of a tethering system where the anchor attachment is to be added as
a retrofit point. Examples include the human body, fall protection, belt, handrail, structure, etc.
ANCHOR ATTACHMENT: Solutions that are applied to the primary anchor to create secure connection points for tool

tethers, but are not integral to the anchor.
IMPORTANT: Please consult with a Qualified Person to determine if the primary anchoring location is suitable for
anchoring a tethering system.
