Connecting the Cable to the Headlight
The Zeon Endeavour MD cable attaches to the top of the headlight. The cable can easily detach from the
headlight, allowing the user to uncouple their eyewear from the cable and battery pack. When connecting
the cable to the headlight, it is important to push the cable down firmly until it is completely flush
against the headlight. This will reduce any chance of fluid ingress while also ensuring a stable electrical
connection. If you experience issues with the headlight flickering on and off, or not turning on at all, ensure the
cable has not come loose.
When using or storing the unit, never bend or wrap the
headlight cable tightly. Doing so could damage the cable.

Solution
Make sure the headlight cable is properly connected to the battery pack and to the headlight. The headlight cable must be completely flush against the headlight to maintain a stable electrical connection.
Indicates the battery is low while the headlight is turned on. Charge the battery.
Indicates the battery is low while the headlight is turned off. Charge the battery.
Make sure the battery pack is connected to the correct power supply and the power supply is plugged into an outlet.
Indicates a charging fault. Disconnect and then reconnect the power supply cable from the battery pack.
