CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
Before cleaning, the device should be turned off, unplugged from
the power source and allowed to cool down.
Cleaning the housing
The exterior of the device can be cleaned with a soft, damp cloth.
Never immerse the entire device in water or wash it in the dishwasher.
Cleaning the ceramic stone
The ceramic stone can be cleaned with a soft brush, dry sponge or
paper towel.
Note! The ceramic stone should never be cleaned under running
water. The stone can only be cleaned dry.
Do not use abrasives or metal utensils for cleaning, which can damage
the stone's coating.
Cleaning the pizza cutter
Clean the pizza knife with warm water and a mild detergent.

are normal. To remove dirt, use
a soft brush (see: Cleaning and
