PRECAUTION: This symbol indicates that, while
following the below indicated instructions, care
must be take to avoid damaging your product.
- The product is professionally manufactured and complies
with the current standards regarding electrical equipment.
- The product conforms with the EEC directive EMC 2004/108
concerning the suppression of radio interference and
electromagnetic compatibility.
- Do not use the product at an ambient temperature greater
than 40°C.
- Do not place the product or relative parts in water or liquids,
except where indicated in the cleaning and maintenance
section.
- When cleaning or performing routine maintenance, check
the condition of the product.
­ To avoid the risk of fi re, do not use the product in the
presence of infl ammable substances or vapours such as
alcohol, insecticides, gasoline, etc.
­ The product must be installed by professionally qualifi ed
personnel.
- The product must be connected to the electricity supply
by means of a double-pole switch with a minimum contact
opening distance higher than 3 mm.
- Check that the amperage of the appliance complies with that
of the controller (see rating label Fig. A).
ADVICES FOR A CORRECT INSTALLATION
• indoor only
• the sensor is sensitive to lateral movements (Fig 1)
• Install away from:
­ heat sources (thermo convector, fan heaters, fi replaces,
high effi ciency lamps...)
- air conditioning devices
- any direct light (sun light, lamp..)
• The area to be covered must be free of obstacles (plants,
piece of furniture..)
• Pets should not be allowed to pass through the
