7.2 Entlüften des Gerätes
- Rückführhebel auf „Rückführen" stellen
(Pfeil zeigt von der Ausstoßeinheit weg).
- Auffanggefäß unter Ausstoßeinheit halten
(Vorsichtsmaßnahme).
- Prüfen, ob Verschlusskappe abgenommen
ist (Vorsichtsmaßnahme).
- Luftblasen durch mehrmaliges kurzes
Hochziehen und Niederdrücken des
Dosierkolbens entfernen.
- Vorgang wiederholen, bis keine größeren
Luftblasen im Fenster mehr sichtbar sind
(siehe Pfeile).
- Rückführhebel auf „Ausstoßen" stellen
(Pfeil zeigt in Richtung Ausstoßeinheit).
- Dosieren (kleines Volumen) bis keine
Luftblasen mehr im Ausstoßschlauch
sichtbar sind (siehe Pfeile).
- Lassen sich größere Luftblasen nicht
entfernen, könnte ein Ventil oder der
Ansaugschlauch undicht sein
(siehe Problemlösungen Punkt 13).
7.2 Venting the unit
- Set the recirculation knob on the
recirculation position (the arrow points
away from the ejection unit).
- Hold the collecting vessel under the
ejection unit (precautionary).
- Check whether closure cap is opened
(precautionary).
- Eject air bubbles by pulling the piston a
short distance and firmly pressing it
down.
- Repeat this operation a few times until no
more air bubbles are visible in the obser-
vation window (see arrows).
- Set the recirulation knob on the
dispensing position (the arrow points
towards the ejection unit).
- Start operation (small volume) until no
more air bubbles are visible in the
ejection tube (see arrows).
- If larger air bubbles can not be ejected, a
valve or the suction tube is not fitting
tight (see trouble-shooting point 13).
