NTRODUCTION
The CARDWRITER-01 programmer allows you to
manage RFID cards, wristbands and key rings
compatible with CTx Timers.
The TAGs used (cards, wristbands, key rings)
communicate with the system via radio waves
(RFID technology) and store information such as
Credit and System Code. This manual describes
the operations for cards; however, the same
operation apply to other types of TAGs (wristbands,
key rings).
Via the CARDWRITER-01 programmer, cards are
loaded with the system code and credit. To utilize
the cards, they must be placed on the reader area
of the CTx Timer. The service desired is then
activated and the appropriate credit is deducted
from the card.

The CARDWRITER-01
menus:
• the operator menu, used for normal management
of cards (added credit,...);
• the administrator menu, protected by a password,
for managing the most important parameters
(totalizers, System Code,...).

OLED display and a 4-key keyboard (Fig. 1).

To read and programme the TAG (card, key ring,
wristband), place it on the reader area found at the
top of the programmer (Fig. 2).
