11. MAINTENANCE AND PROPER STORAGE
Cleaning

Once the device has been unplugged and has cooled off, wipe it with a slightly
damp cloth. You can use a light detergent when doing this.
WARNING
• Unplug the device before cleaning.
• Clean the device only in the manner specified. Under no circumstances should
liquids enter the device or the accessories.
• Do not use the device again until it is completely dry.
Storage
Store the massager away from children in a dry, cool place. We recommend storing
it in the original packaging.
12. COMMON PROBLEMS
The launch failed:
1. Excessive temperature:
If the environment where the massage gun is operated is over 40°, the massage
gun may trigger overheat protection and the device may not start normally.
Solution: Keep it below 40°C for 2 hours and then start it.
2. The battery power is „0":
In the event of a dead battery, the battery will produce a low power protection
called over-discharge protection. At this moment, the massage gun can't work
normally when turned on again.
Solution: Keep the shutdown state, connect a charger and put the massage gun
in charging mode. Unplug the charger when fully charged. Activate at this time
the on-off button to allow the massage gun to work normally.
Error while charging:
1. Overheating of the massage gun: If there is an „overtemperature" in the main
part, charging is not possible even though a charger is available.
Solution: Keep the temperature below 40°C for 2 hours and then charge again.
