7.3 Loading patient information

If you want to see saved data of a filed patient again, please click the Search Data
button. A new window appears where you can search for the patient. To see the
corresponding counter data, click the OK button. The search window will close and the
relevant counter data is displayed.
The data can be printed at this point if required. Select the File menu and then Print.
7.4 Making a backup of patient information database
To backup all saved patient data, go to the menu File and click Open Database
Directory. After that you will see a database file which can be saved with a programme
of your choice.

8. Additional functions

8.1 Only one Dataset

Caution:
If patient information is already saved in the programme, make a backup
of the database before you continue (see 7.4)
If you want to use the saved data of a filed patient in another software (laboratory
database, Excel), many of them need only one dataset. This dataset could be
loaded for further processing. Therefore, activate the function Only One Dataset in
menu Settings.
Caution:
After activating the function Only one Dataset, all saved patient
information will be permanently deleted.
To see the location of the database you have to select the File menu and then
Open Database Directory.

8.2 Multi Count

If you want to compare different counts quickly, activate the function Multi Count in the
Settings menu. The buttons will change and you can navigate between the different
counts and to complete them. The function End with.... in the menu Settings offers the
choice between printing or saving the data after having activated the button End.
