DRYWALL CART, specially designed for transporting plasterboard. It can carry
®
up to 35 plates (12.5 x 1200 x 2400). It has 2 swivelling wheels for greater comfort during
transport.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR ASSEMBLING THE PLATE CONVEYOR.
Step 1
Unpack all the components and place them on a flat, level surface.
You will find 3 different types of wheels:
Fixed wheel (x2)
Attach to the base of the trolley using the nuts and bolts provided, making sure to use 2 flat washers and
a lock washer.
be sure to use 2 flat washers and a lock washer. It is important
that these 2 wheels are fixed side by side at one end of the cart.
Tighten with a screwdriver.
Lockable swivel wheel (x1)
Once again, fix it to the base of the cart with 4 x 40 mm nuts.
Screws and washers supplied. Can be attached to any of the 2
remaining corners. Tighten with a screwdriver.
Swivelling wheel (x1)
Fix it in position on the remaining corner. Tighten with a screwdriver.
Periodically grease the locking and swivelling castors.
Step 2
Mount the support struts.
You will have 2 lengths of L-shaped tube. Fix them to the tie rod with pins on
the other tube, creating a rigid and secure joint. Now attach the support struts
to the base of the cart.
You'll find a pin for each end of the strut. Place the strut on the post until the bolt
holes line up.
Fix the strut to the base with 2 x 85 mm bolts, washers and nuts. Make sure you
use the spring washers supplied. Tighten with a spanner. Attach the remaining
two struts to the cart with the 4x85 mm bolts, nuts and washers. Tighten with a
screwdriver.
Your cart is now ready for use.
IMPORTANT: Check that all fixing points are tight before loading and using the
cart.
