We thank you for your preference by choosing a
OPS!OBJECTS
product. Please read the instructions in this manual carefully.
Your OPS CALL smartwatch is guaranteed by OPS!OBJECTS for a
period of two years from the date of purchase under the terms and
conditions of the warranty. As proof of purchase, a copy of the receipt
or the stamp of the authorized dealer in the warranty booklet is
required in the space provided. The guarantee covers material and
manufacturing defects. Your smartwatch will be repaired free of
charge by our Service Center. The warranty will be void if the
smartwatch is tampered with or repaired by people who are not part of
the OPS!OBJECTS in Italy.
During the warranty period, the only components covered by
manufacturing and material defects are the display, the touch and the
internal electronic components of the smartwatch. A component
covered by the warranty will be repaired free of charge or the
smartwatch will be replaced if manufacturing or material defects are
found under normal conditions of use. In case of replacement,
OPS!OBJECTS cannot guarantee that you will receive a smartwatch
of the same model. If the requested model is not available, it will be
replaced with a smartwatch of equal value and similar style.
This warranty does not cover the following:
• Damage and/or irregular operation resulting from incorrect use, lack
of care, accidents, normal wear and tear or from liquid materials (eg
