4. Adjust the volume

at a speaker. To prevent this, either move the
microphone away from the speakers or make sure
that the sound pressure from.the speakers does

4. Press the STOP button @.
5. Set the TIMER switch @ to PLAY.
Playback now starts automatically at the set time.
TIMER PLAYBACK WITH BROADCAST
1. Set the POWER switch @ to ON and tune in the sta-
tion whose sound will be heard for timer playback.
2. Adjust the volume of the timer playback using the
- VOLUME control @.
3. Set the timer to the desired time.
Note: Keep the unit's TIMER switch @ to the OFF posi-
tion.

1. When
an external tape deck is connected to these
jacks and material is recorded,
the sound
can be
recorded simultaneously on a tape deck containing a
tuner deck.
2. Tape copying is possible when a tape is played back
in a tape deck containing a tuner deck({(FUNCTION
switch @3) — TAPE) and the sound is recorded on an
external
tape deck which
has been
connected
to
these jacks.
CAUTION:
If you
turn
the
FUNCTION
switch
@
to
"DAD/AUX" by mistake while recording using an
external tape deck, vibrations may be generated
' which may damage the speakers.
