After this, you can take a section no more than 2 to 3 inches wide and
around ½ inch thick. Place the hair between the 2 flat plates and close
them tight. Slide then as close as you can near the scalp (DO NOT
TOUCH THE SCALP) Hold the plates tight (by holding pressing the 2
handles together). Hold for a couple of seconds and slide the unit
towards the ends.
6. DO NOT HOLD THE HAIR BETWEEN THE PLATES FOR ANY MORE THAN
A COUPLE OF SECONDS
7. When you have finished one section then move to another area of
hair.
HINT.
Always experiment on a small area of hair first to ensure you achieve the
results you want.
CLEANING AND CARE
1. The appliance must be always unplugged before cleaning.
2. Do not touch the ceramic plates for at least 30 minutes after turning
off. Wipe with a damp cloth to clean the ceramic plates and body.
3. Do not use any harsh detergents, abrasives, solvents or cleaners.
Never immerse in water to clean.
4. Dry thoroughly before use again.
DISPOSAL AND THE ENVIRONMENT
1. Do not dispose of the appliance in your normal domestic waste.
2. Dispose of the appliance through an approved disposal centre or at
your community waste facility.
3. Observe the currently applicable regulations.
4. In case of doubt, please contact your waste disposal centre.
5. Dispose of the packaging materials in an environmentally respons-
ible manner.
