INSTRUCTIONS AND CARE
OPERATION
Please follow instructions on assembling the
duct canister to the blower.
If you purchased a Quick-Couple canister: two
O-Rings are enclosed with the canister. Slip
each O-Ring into the grooves on either end of
the blower.
Do NOT move blower while in operation. Use
good lifting practices.
To protect the user, this unit is equipped with
thermal overload protection and automatic
reset. Motor will restart without warning after
protector trips. If motor thermal protection trips,
disconnect unit and determine cause.
When using the blower, note the directional
airflow indicator on the external housing.
Quick-Couple Canister Installation: Place
blower on ground, opposite side of canister face
down. Set canister in place on top, aligning
pins and rubber straps, then grasp straps and
stretch over pins. Alternate Installation: Place
canister on ground, close end down. Set blower
on top aligning pins and rubber straps, then
grasp straps and stretch over pins.
MAINTENANCE
Clean
with
commercially
biodegradable cleaning solutions. Do not use
solvents containing chlorinated hydrocarbons
(i.e., MEK, Acetone)
There are no user serviceable parts. Contact
factory for replacement part applicability.
Do NOT change make or model of motor
without consulting RAMFAN factory.
CAUTION
Blower should be operated and repaired by
trained personnel only.
Do NOT operate if there is any physical damage
to cord, plug or receptacle.
Keep area clear of rock and debris.
Keep away from children.
