WARNING
Ensure the service usage pressure of the automatic blocker or the pneumatic tool is observed well.
Without adjusting the power supply pressure with the reducing valve, use of the blocker and the pneu-
matic tool could considerably reduce its performance, shorten its service life or damage it, thus posing
a hazard.
* If the automatic blocker of the pneumatic tool is used at the wrong pressure (above the required
value), a larger air quantity can be consumed, thus considerably reducing the content of the automat-
ic blocker or the pneumatic tool. Ensure the correct pressure level is used.
WARNING
Check the oil level before each use. An oil level gauge can be found on the compression section cover.
The oil level must be up to the red mark on the gauge.
3. After having adjusted the power pressure, connect an air pipe to the air outlet (air chuck). You are
now ready to operate the machine.
4. Connect a pipe to the male blocker connector.
* The female precision fitting connection is established by simply tightening it within a male precision
fitting.
WARNING
Before connecting the air pipe to the machine, check that the air pipe and the pipe nozzle are fixed well.
AUTOMATIC OUTPUT OVERRIDE MECHANISM
In order to maximise the discharge, the machine is equipped with an automatic output override mech-
anism. The output is automatically regulated when the internal pressure of the machine chamber reach-
es a maximum pressure of 10 bar. When this operation is carried out, an operating noise is produced
when the output is overridden, but this is not a problem.
*
The output override pressure varies according to the capacity of the main power source, use of an
extension cable or use of another electric device. If the pressure is too high or too low, the filling time
is extended.
*
If the filling time is too long or the pressure does not increase, check the supply connection again
(connect to the main power supply) or stop the combined use with another electric tool.
SAFETY VALVE
The safety valve is designed to stop system faults by freeing up the system pressure when the com-
pressed air reaches a pre-defined level.
The safety valve is preset by the manufacturer and must not be modified or adjusted in any way. If the
safety valve is faulty, take the machine to our ALSAFIX After-Sales Service to have it repaired.
