GUARANTEE CONDITIONS
he manufacturer guarantees products against design and manufacturing faults for a period of

12 months from the delivery date.
- Parts that are subject to wear, including electric components, are excluded from the guarantee.
- Any work carried out under the guarantee must be carried out exclusively by the ALSAFIX After-Sales
Service.
- Only ALSAFIX is permitted to grant a guarantee or not, in all cases the user must return the device
to Alsafix, which, if it deems the acceptance of the repaired compressor under guarantee, shall return
the repaired device as soon as possible, otherwise it shall issue a quote for the repair.
- The guarantee includes repair or replacement of the device components that are identified as faulty
by our technicians.
- The guarantee is cancelled in the event of accidental damage following negligence, installation that
does not comply with the recommendations given in this manual as well as in the event of modifica-
tions or repairs carried out by non-authorised personnel.
- Repairs or compensation damage that occurs during transportation are excluded from the guarantee.
- The guarantee excludes any type of compensation in the event of damage to persons and/or items
caused by incorrect or improper use of the compressor.
- The guarantee shall only apply for clients who respect the contractual and administrative standards
and who can present a purchase receipt for the compressor.
These conditions are the only valid guarantee recognised by the manufacturer. No one is authorised to
provide another form of guarantee, be it verbal or written, or to modify the terms

ALSAFIX hereby declares that the air compressor specified below complies with the safety
provisions set out in the following directives:
- Machine directive: 98/37/CE amended by 2006/42/CE.
- EMC directive: 2004/108/CE.
- Low tension directive: 2006/95/CE.
- ROHS directive: 2002/95/CEE. - Simple pressure recipient directive: 87/404/CEE.
