SOLUTION
Check water flow with
Flow Gauge and adjust as
per Step 5
Clear blockage
Replace shoes
Replace wings

Turn rear flap adjuster to III

too much, reduce water
flow until proper
operation is achieved.

2. Check to see that cone
gear is free and rotates
smoothly in both
directions
3. Check medium
turbine and spindle
gear assemblies for
malfunction
