Timed Cooking

TIMED COOK II allowsyou to change
power levelsautomatically duringcooking
1, Pressthe TIMED COOK pad
2, Pressthe NUMBER pads to enter
yourfirst cooking time.
3. If you wish to change the power level,
pressthe POWERLEVELpad and
then press the NUMBERpad to select
your preferred power level
4. Pressthe TIMED COOK pad again
5. Pressthe NUMBERpads again to enter
your second preferredcooking time.
6, If you wish to change the power level,
pressthe POWERLEVEL pad and
then pressthe NUMBER pad to select
yourpreferredpower level.
7. Pressthe STARTpad.
At the end of the first cooking time
countdown, the second cooking time will
start its countdown
Allows you to defrostfor a selected length
of time. The PowerLevel is automatically
set for level 3, but can be changed When
using higher power levels,foods will need
to be checked morefrequently.
TO SETTIMED DEFROST:
1. Pressthe TIMED DEFROSTpad,
2. Pressthe NUMBER pads to enterthe
defrosting time
3. Pressthe STARTpad.

TO SET AUTODEFROST:
1. Pressthe AUTO DEFROSTpa_.
2. Usingthe ConversionGuide, enter the
food weight.
3. Pressthe STARTpad.

on a microwave-safedish
• Twice during defrost, the oven signals
"TURn," At each "TURn" signal, turn
the food over. Removedefrosted meator

stand 5 minutes to complete defrosting.
Large roasts shouldstand for about
30 minutes,

If the weight of food is stated in pounds and
ounces, the ounces mustbe converted to
tenths (1) of a pound.
