6) WARRANTY
TWIST is realized with high quality materials, is 100% tested and inspected and
covered by warranty according to the law:
Warranty does not cover damages caused by an inappropriate use of the machine;
the appropriate use of TWIST is the one mentioned in this manual.
Warranty does not cover economic damages direct or indirect resulting from
machine use and/or possession nor from machine unsuccessful functioning and in
any case it will not exceed machine value and expires in following cases:

it comes true a false movement caused by operator;

generated damages are caused by an inappropriate or not sufficient
maintenance;

damages generated by not original parts use or after repairs executed by user
without builder authorization;

if detailed instructions of this manual are not followed.
