5. If no time is set, the appliance will operate non-stop. The time display [2] will read the temperature.
6. Wait for the temperature to stabilise.
7. Once the set time counts down to zero, the time display [2] reads "End" and the appliance beeps for 30
seconds.
8. To repeat the operation of the appliance with the temperature and time settings entered previously,
press and hold the button [8] for 3 seconds.
9. If the temperature exceeds the temperature setting, the appliance will beep and the indicator [5] will
come on. When a setting is modified, the appliance will stop beeping, but the indicator [5] will stay on.
* Press any button to mute the alarm sound.
10. After work is complete, remove the samples, turn the switch to the "O" position, disconnect the device
from the power source.
3.3.1.
Auto PID control
• The PID routine of the appliance is designed to eliminate control errors by reading a group of parameters
settings (proportional, integral, and differential); when the auto PID control is done, the appliance will
store the parameter setting values and revert to normal operating mode.
• When the temperature setting is exceeded by the actual temperature, the appliance will not beep and
the indicator [5] will not come on; the thermal relay of the appliance will automatically trip to cut off the
supply voltage.
• Irrespective of the parameter settings entered, the time display [2] will continue to read the
temperature value.
1. With the appliance not running, press and hold the button [7] for 6 seconds. The "AT" indicator [3]
begins to flash (and will go off once the auto PID control ends).
2. With the auto PID control complete, the appliance will automatically save the parameter settings and
return to its normal operating mode.
3. To stop the auto PID control process, press and hold the button [7] for 6 seconds.
3.4.
Cleaning and maintenance
a)
Unplug the mains plug and allow the device to cool completely before each cleaning, adjustment or
replacement of accessories, or if the device is not being used.
b)
Use only non-corrosive cleaners to clean the surface.
c)
After cleaning the device, all parts should be dried completely before using it again.
d)
Store the unit in a dry, cool place, free from moisture and direct exposure to sunlight.
e)
Do not spray the device with a water jet or submerge it in water.
f)
Do not allow water to get inside the device through vents in the housing of the device.
g)
Clean the vents with a brush and compressed air.
h)
The device must be regularly inspected to check its technical efficiency and spot any damage.
i)
Use a soft, damp cloth for cleaning.
j)
Do not use sharp and/or metal objects for cleaning (e.g. a wire brush or a metal spatula) because they
may damage the surface material of the appliance.
k)
Do not clean the device with an acidic substance, agents of medical purposes, thinners, fuel, oils or
other chemical substances because it may damage the device.
DISPOSING OF USED DEVICES:
Do not dispose of this device in municipal waste systems. Hand it over to an electric and electrical device
recycling and collection point. Check the symbol on the product, instruction manual and packaging. The
plastics used to construct the device can be recycled in accordance with their markings. By choosing to
recycle you are making a significant contribution to the protection of our environment.
